What staff is for
Who is working this event and what each person can do.
Why it helps
- Add volunteers by email before the event, or show a join code at check-in that lasts ten minutes.
- A lead queuer can add queuers and a lead inspector can add inspectors without waiting on you.
- Access ends a week after the event, so nobody keeps it into the next season.
This is a sample event that every visitor shares, so you may see other people's clicks. It resets to a mid-event state every hour.

Join code
A volunteer scans it with their phone and signs in. The code works for 10 minutes, for anyone who scans it in that time.
Join links
Anyone with a link who signs in joins with its role, so send it only to the people it is for. Links stop working when access for this event ends.
