Pit-day checklist
Get the whole event scouted
Each team fills in one robot sheet from a pit code at its pit. Every team at the event, yours included, then reads the same report: drivetrain, autos, endgame and a photo for every robot, next to rank and OPR. Your scouts get the pit hours back for watching practice.
This event's coordinator already has an event dashboard, so every team has its own pit sign and there is nothing to print. If a team you talk to has not filled theirs in yet, point them at it.
