About team #27377
ITKAN-404 is community robotics team founded around teamwork, innovation, and curiosity. We are based in Alexandria, Virginia, and since 2024 we have worked to bring together students that are eager to learn about engineering, programming, and critical thinkers through robotics. We work side by side our FLL team, which creates opportunities for mentorship and connection. Moreover, as members of a larger ITKAN robotics organization, one of the fastest growing Robotics organizations in the US, we create an environment that can increase students’ technical skills, leadership abilities and effective communication. Our Mission Our mission is to educate and inspire young Muslims about STEM, embrace our role as ambassadors of Islam, and inspire the next generation of Muslim innovators, programmers, and designers. We do not merely work to our own benefit, but want to serve as a catalyst in order to see other teams and groups flourish on their journey of knowledge.
