How do shared team links work?
Last verified October 18, 2026
Your team's bookmarks live under Library → Links. Anyone on the team can open them; people with Manage team links add, edit, pin and delete them. Every open goes through a Robolyst redirect that counts how often each link is used.
You need: Manage team links permission to add or change links
Links is a shared bookmark list for the things your team opens all season: the game manual, the CAD folder, the vendor you always order from.
Add a link
- Go to Links.
- Press New Link (on a phone, use the round button at the bottom).
- Paste the URL. Robolyst reads the page and fills in the Title and Description. You can change both.
- Pick a Category and who it's Visible to: Everyone on the team or Managers only.
- Press Add link.
How opening a link works
Clicking a link sends you through an address like /team-management/resources/go/<id>, which adds one to the link's open count and then forwards you to the real site. That is how each row can show "12 opens", and how Most opened sorting works.
These redirect addresses only work for signed-in members of your team. They are not public short links, and there is no way to choose a custom name like go/manual. To share something outside the team, copy the real URL from the edit form.
Manager-only links answer "Link not found" for anyone without Manage team links.
Pinning
The pin button puts a link at the top of the list under Pinned and on your team's Overview page. Press it again to unpin.
Links from tasks and docs
Links people paste into tasks and documentation entries are collected automatically. They sit in a folded section at the bottom called From tasks & docs so they don't bury the curated list. Editing or pinning one of them moves it up with the others. Deleting one stops it being collected again.
Finding links
The sidebar filters by category, pinned links and (for managers) manager-only links, and has a search box. People with Manage tags can rename or recolour categories from the Categories button.
