- How do I post an announcement? Open Communication in your team portal, click New announcement, write a headline and body, pick who it goes to, then click Post (or Schedule if you set a send time). Everyone it goes to sees it on the Communication page and gets a notification.
- How does the team inbox work, and who approves outgoing mail? Your team claims one @robolyst.org address, and every member with inbox access reads and answers that mail from the Inbox page. Members who can only draft submit their mail for approval, and anyone with the "Approve drafted mail" permission sends it or sends it back.
- How do forms and the responses inbox work? Build a form under Forms, then put it on your team site, share its link, or embed it on another website. Every submission lands in the Responses tab, where you read it, reply by email, and mark it resolved.
- How do I set up the Robolyst Discord bot? Open Settings → Discord, press Connect Discord and add the bot to your server, then pick a channel for each kind of post. Every member then links their own Discord account from their account page so the bot knows who they are.
- How do I send updates to Discord or Slack with a webhook? Go to Settings → Notification defaults, scroll to Chat & webhooks, pick Discord, Slack or Custom JSON, paste the webhook URL, tick the events you want and press Add webhook.
- How do shared team links work? Your team's bookmarks live under Library → Links. Anyone on the team can open them; people with Manage team links add, edit, pin and delete them. Every open goes through a Robolyst redirect that counts how often each link is used.
- How do Discord DMs work? Once your team's server has the Robolyst bot, you can get your own notifications as Discord DMs. Link Discord on your account page, join the team server, then press Send test DM under My Notifications → Discord DMs and tick the events you want.
