What do I do if something on our team or event page is wrong?
Last verified October 18, 2026
Match results, rankings, awards, schedules and rosters come from FIRST's official data, so a mistake there has to be fixed at FIRST's end. Your team's bio and robot sheet you can edit yourself. For anything else, send a bug report at /contact?type=bug.

- A score, ranking, award or match result is wrong: that's FIRST's official data. See "Official results" below.
- A result is missing or out of date: check the sync date. See "Recently played events".
- Our team's bio, logo, photos or links are wrong: you can edit those. See "Things your team controls".
- Our robot's answers on an event report are wrong: see "Robot sheets".
- A calculated number like OPR looks off: it's computed from FIRST's match results, so check those first.
- Anything else: send a bug report.
Official results
Teams, events, schedules, match scores, rankings and awards are copied from FIRST's official FTC data. If FIRST's own record is wrong, it needs correcting there, usually through the event's staff. The fix shows up on Robolyst after the next sync.
Recently played events
Results arrive on a sync, not instantly. At the bottom of the season panel on your team page, a line reads Results synced from FIRST on a date. If that date is before the match you're looking for, it hasn't been picked up yet.
Things your team controls
On your public team page, people with the Manage the public profile permission see an Edit profile button (a pencil icon) in the header. That's where the bio, photos and links live. Robot photos, notes and CAD are on the Robot page of your public site settings.
Robot sheets
The pit-scouting answers about your robot come from your team's sheet:
- Your season-wide sheet is on the Our robot tab in Scouting. Saving it needs the Build picklists & scouting notes permission.
- An event can have its own sheet for your team. If another team filled it in from a pit flyer, another flyer entry can't overwrite it. Saving from your team's pit code at that event does. If the event had no pit codes, send a bug report.
See How does QR pit scouting work? for the details.
Send a bug report
Use the bug report form. You'll need to be signed in. Include the page's link and what it should say, and add steps if the problem only shows up after you do something.
