- How do I write in the documentation editor? Open Documentation, click New Entry and start typing. Type / for headings, tables and artifacts, @ to mention a person, task, event or wiki page, and paste Markdown straight in. Everything saves as you go.
- How do subsystems organize our docs? A subsystem is a label for one part of the robot or team, like Drivetrain or Outreach. Tag entries with it, then filter the journal or switch to the Board to read each subsystem's work in design-stage order. Tasks use the same list.
- How much storage do we have, and what counts against it? Every team gets 5 GB, shared by everything uploaded anywhere in the portal. Library files, photos in entries, tasks and the wiki, and website images all count. The same file uploaded twice only counts once.
- How do albums and event photo galleries work? Albums are folders for your team's own images under Library > Images, and one photo can sit in several albums. Event galleries are public photo pages on each FTC event, where anyone who was there can upload and every photo is reviewed before it shows.
- How do I export our team's data? Go to Settings > Export, tick what you want and download. Spreadsheets download straight away as a CSV or a zip. Files and images are zipped in the background, and you get a notification when the zip is ready.
