- How do I publish our team website? Create the site from the Team website box on your Profile page, build it in the editor, then press Publish in the editor's top right corner. Every new site starts as a draft that only your team can open.
- How do I edit the site's theme and blocks? In Reach > Website, the sidebar has three tabs. Options sets the accent colour and light or dark mode, Blocks adds sections to the current page, and Pages manages pages and templates. Everything saves automatically.
- How do I use a custom domain? In the website editor's Options tab, enter your domain and save, add the A record it shows at your domain registrar, then click Verify & connect. Robolyst handles the HTTPS certificate.
- How do I add sponsors and sponsor levels? Open Reach > Profile and pick the Sponsors tab. Add each sponsor with a name and a logo, and create levels (like Gold or Silver) to group them. Logos then show on your Robolyst team page and in your website's Sponsors block.
- How does the Contact button on our team page work? The mail icon on your public Robolyst team page lets anyone message your team without an account. If your published website has a form block, the button opens that form. Otherwise the message is emailed to your team's Primary contact email.
- How do I build an embed for another site? Open the embed builder at /embed-builder (or Reach > Embeds for your team), pick a subject, add blocks, style it, then copy a snippet from Get code. Signed in, the embed is saved and you can change it later without re-pasting.
- How do I log outreach and count people reached? Open Reach > Outreach and click Log outreach. Each entry is one occasion with its own count, filed under one of four channels. Outreach events on your schedule show up under Waiting on a number once they've happened, so you can fill in who they reached.
- How do outreach partners work? A partner is an organisation you do outreach with, like a library or school. Robolyst tracks how often you've run with them and how many people it reached, and reminds you to ask again when their booking window opens.
- How do photo drop links work? A photo drop link lets anyone, even without a Robolyst account, add photos to one outreach entry. Make one from the entry's photo button with Get a photo link for this event. The link works for 7 days.
