How do I add our schedule to Google or Apple Calendar?
Last verified October 18, 2026
On the Schedule page, click the settings (gear) icon to open My calendar, then choose Google Calendar, Apple / Outlook, or Copy link. You subscribe once and the team schedule keeps itself up to date in your calendar app.
Every member gets their own private calendar link. It's a subscription, so changes on the Robolyst schedule reach your calendar app without you doing anything.
Subscribe
- Open Schedule.
- Click the gear icon (Calendar subscription settings) in the top right.
- In My calendar, pick one:
- Google Calendar opens Google with the subscription ready to add.
- Apple / Outlook opens your device's calendar app with a webcal link.
- Copy link copies the address so you can paste it into any app that subscribes by URL.
Calendar apps check subscribed feeds on their own schedule, so a change can take a while to show up.
Just want one event? Open it on the schedule and click Add to Google Calendar. That adds a single copy, which won't update if the event changes.
Choose what's in your feed
The same window controls what your link contains. Each category has a checkbox, and some have a "which ones" menu:
| Category | Default |
|---|---|
| Meetings | Ones I'm expected at |
| Outreach | Ones I'm expected at |
| Competitions | On |
| Scrimmages | On |
| Other events | On |
| Task due dates | Ones assigned to me |
Each category also has a reminder menu, from No reminder up to 1 week before. Tick Drop cancelled events entirely if you'd rather not see cancelled events at all; otherwise they stay, marked cancelled.
Click Save. Your calendar app picks up the change on its next refresh.
Task due dates appear as all-day events named "[Due]" plus the task title. Only open tasks are included. Private events only appear if you're one of the people they're for.
Keep your link private
Anyone with your link can read your schedule. If you shared it by mistake, click Reset my calendar link, then Reset link. The old link stops working immediately, and you'll need to subscribe again with the new one.
For leads
People with Manage meetings see Who's subscribed in the same window, with the last time each member's calendar app pulled the feed or "Not subscribed".
