How do I add sponsors and sponsor levels?
Last verified October 18, 2026
Open Reach > Profile and pick the Sponsors tab. Add each sponsor with a name and a logo, and create levels (like Gold or Silver) to group them. Logos then show on your Robolyst team page and in your website's Sponsors block.
You need: A verified team, plus "Manage sponsors"
Sponsors live in one list that feeds two places: your public Robolyst team page and the Sponsors block on your team website. Logos appear in the order you set here.
Add a sponsor
- In Team Management, open Reach > Profile, then the Sponsors tab.
- In the Sponsors box, find Add a sponsor.
- Enter the Sponsor name (up to 100 characters) and, if you like, their website.
- Click Upload logo to pick a JPEG, PNG or WebP file, or Library to reuse an image your team already uploaded.
- Choose a level, or leave it on No level.
- Click Add sponsor.
A logo is required. Untick Show name if the logo already spells out the sponsor's name.
Edit, reorder or remove
Each sponsor has its own card. You can change the name or website, use Replace logo, switch the level and toggle Show name. The arrow buttons move a sponsor earlier or later in the list. Remove takes them off.
Sponsor levels
Levels group logos on your site.
- In the Sponsor levels box, click Edit levels.
- Under New level, pick a colour and type a name, or click one of the presets under Start from: Obsidian, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze.
- Optionally add a price and a short line about what a sponsor at this level gets (up to 160 characters).
- Click Add level, then Done when you're finished.
Removing a level doesn't remove anyone. Sponsors in it stay on your site with no level.
Levels with a price
Leave the price blank for a level that only groups logos.
If your team takes sponsorships through a Robolyst fiscal account, a level with a price is offered as a tier on your /sponsor/your-name page. A sponsor who pays at least that amount lands in that level. In Finance > Settings, the File paid sponsors in our sponsor list switch adds paying organisations to this list at the level they paid for. They wait there without a logo, so nothing reaches your site until you add one.
Show sponsors on your website
Open Reach > Website, go to the Blocks tab and add the Sponsors block from the Funding group. It pulls from this list automatically.
